Services

Francis Logistics LLC provides residential and light-commercial interior services, including but not limited to painting, flooring, drywall, trim work, and fixture installation.

All services are subject to availability and project scope.

Estimates

Estimates are based on the information provided by the customer, including descriptions, measurements, and photos.

Final pricing may change if:

  • The actual site conditions differ from what was provided
  • Additional work is required
  • The scope of work is modified

Booking and Payment

A minimum payment of $120 is required to secure service time.

For larger projects, payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation or delay of service.

Scheduling

Service dates are scheduled based on availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the agreed time.

If access to the property is not available at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booking payment.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project
  • Ensure the work area is accessible and reasonably prepared
  • Remove or protect personal belongings in the work area

Francis Logistics LLC is not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or removed.

Subcontractors

Francis Logistics LLC may use subcontractors to complete certain portions of the work.

All work performed remains under the responsibility and standards of Francis Logistics LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Francis Logistics LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage
  • Issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by factors outside of our control
